Trichosporon asahii is an opportunistic pathogenic yeast-like fungus that colonises the human gastrointestinal tract, respiratory mucosa and skin. 1 T. asahii can cause local infection and systemic disseminated infection. Although immunocompetent individuals can have trichosporemia, 2 invasive trichosporidiosis often occurs in immunocompromised patients with conditions such as severe neutropenia, organ transplantation, malignant tumours, AIDS and other conditions. The mortality of invasive trichosporidiosis can reach 80%. 3 Trichosporonosis treatment is mainly based on antifungal agents, but it exhibits limited sensitivity to antifungal agents apart from azoles. 4

Through the old intercom system for stage could fulfill all types of work in performances, but could not escape the limitations of traditional techniques for the reason the core of this whole system is still based on circuit-switched technology. Networked intercom system for stage dispatch is proposed for overcoming the shortcomings of old intercom system. It can be achieved by using VoIP technology through the SIP control signaling protocol in stage video surveillance and scheduling system. The composition and technical characteristics of various parts in system are analyzed, and the way to achieve networking intercom system is introduced. Our study have shown that the various parts of system connect more closely and there is a very important practical significance in solving the deficiencies of the current intercom system for stage, after networked intercom system achieves which is based on stage video surveillance and scheduling system.

To investigate the immunoregulatory role of haptoglobin (Hp) in the Trichosporon asahii induced skin infection. A total of 80 BALB/c mice were assigned into immunosuppression (IS) group and nonimmunosuppression (non-IS) group. Mice in both groups were subcutaneously inoculated with 3.2 × 10 7 cfu/ml T. asahii suspension. 0.5, 1, 3 and 5 d after inoculation, mice was sacrificed and skin lesion was collected. mRNA expression of Hp gene was detected by RT-PCR. Microarray was employed to investigate immune related gene expression profile. In both groups, mRNA expression of Hp was detected as 0.5, 1, 3 and 5 d after T. asahii infection, but the Hp expression in IS group was significantly higher than that in non-IS group (P<0.01). One day after T. asahii infection, Hp expression was significantly higher than that of 0.5, 3 and 5 d after infection (P<0.01). A total of 11 immune related differentially expressed genes were identified in the microarray assay and the gene encoding Hp protein was up-regulated. Hp involves in the T. asahii infection of skin.
