Many researchers have studied public trust to assess a government policy. Trust is the key to synergizing or connecting the state, government, and society. It is an essential foundation for the state in implementing a policy. That prompted this study to research current policies on developing new capital cities (IKN) by relating them to the level of public trust. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive content analysis. The research object was seen from Twitter users in discussing policies regarding the development of a new capital city. Sources of data obtained from the overall results of discussions about IKN. The analysis tool relied on Nvivo 12 Plus. The findings indicated that the public trusted government policies to develop IKN. Positive trust was influenced by the idea of developing IKN, which was predicted to become an example of a world city; IKN could influence economic equality, promote well-being or prosperity, and other influential factors, such as Joko Widodo's leadership as President of Indonesia. Some factors influenced the decline in public trust, concerns about environmental damage and budget problems. It is considered that the urgency of public trust in policy issues related to IKN will affect the sustainability of the IKN development plan in the future.

Latar belakang: Pandemi COVID-19 menimbulkan banyak kematian di dunia. Virus ini menyerang lebih dari 180 negara dan menyebabkan hampir 300.000 kematian. Lansia merupakan kelompok paling berisiko terkena COVID-19. Vaksinasi COVID-19 sangat penting dalam pencegahan penularan COVID-19 pada lansia. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat rata-rata perbedaan antara variabel dan efektifitas media terhadap sikap dan motivasi lansia dalam pelaksanaan vaksinasi COVID-19 di Kota Palu. Metode: Desain penelitian yang dilakuan yaitu Quasy Experimental Pretest-Postest with Control Group, Menggunakan uji Independen T test dan Mann Whitney. Analisis efektifitas dilakukan pengujian menggunakan Uji Gain Score. Penentuan sampel menggunakan tekhnik sistimatik random sampling. Hasil: Pada pretest variabel sikap, didapatkan nilai sig 2 tailed sebesar 0,062 lebih besar dari nilai sig 0,05 dan pada postes didapatkan nilai sig 2 tailed sebesar 0,000 lebih besar dari nilai sig 0,05. Pada variabel motivasi, didapatkan nilai sig 2 tailed sebesar 0,033 lebih kecil dari nilai sig 0,05 dan pada postes didapatkan sig 2 tailed 0,000 lebih besar dari nilai sig 0,05. Pada variabel sikap, didapatkan nilai gain score sebesar 1,11 dengan presentasi Gain Score sebesar 59,61% dan pada variabel motivasi didapatkan nilai Gain Score sebesar 0,63 dengan presentasi Gain Score sebesar 63,22%. Kesimpulan: pemberian media promosi kesehatan berupa video dan leaflet mempunyai efektifitas sedang terhadap sikap dan motivasi lansia. Efektifitas pemberian media ini menunjukan dalam pelaksanaan vaksinasi COVID-19 media ini sudah cukup efektif terhadap sikap dan motivasi lansia.

This research discusses the Gowa Regency Government's initiative to build a new library infrastructure as a step towards developing a smart society. In this ever-evolving information age, libraries are places to read books and knowledge centers that support digital literacy and intellectual growth. Data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The analytical tool that is maximized is Nvivo 12 Plus. The research results show that constructing a new library infrastructure has increased people's access to digital knowledge and literacy. Inclusive design has enabled the participation of all walks of life, while digital library services have expanded the range of educational resources. Government coordination has also supported efficiency in project implementation. However, low digital literacy and data privacy protection require further attention. This research provides an in-depth look at how library infrastructure development can contribute to developing a smart society, with particular attention to the still-needed improvements.
