Paraquat-Intoxikation

Abstract: Kasuistik unter besonderer Berücksichtigung der HämodialyseEine Vergiftung mit dem Herbizid Paraquat (Gramoxone®) konnte bei einer 24jährigen Patientin durch forcierte Diurese, gleichzeitige Hämodialyse undforcierte Diarrhoen beherrscht werden. Paraquat erwies sich in einem Modellversuch als sehr gut dialysabel.
