Abstract: Pediatric acute-onset neuropsychiatric syndrome (PANS) is a condition characterized by the abrupt, dramatic onset of obsessive–compulsive disorder (OCD) or eating restriction accompanied by equally abrupt and severe comorbid neuropsychiatric symptoms.
