P3I-5 Study on SAW Characteristics of Amorphous- TeO2/128°Y-X LiNbO3 Structures

Abstract: Theoretical calculations have been performed for the temperature stability of the amorphous TeO 2 /128 Y-X LiNbO3 structure. The phase velocity, electromechanical coupling coefficient and temperature coefficient of delay (TCD) have been calculated. Amorphous TeO 2 film has been found as an attractive negative TCD over-layer that can yield a zero TCD when combined with a positive TCD material such as 128 Y-X LiNbO3. And in comparison to conventional SiO 2 over-layer, the amorphous TeO 2 film reaches the zero TC… Show more

“…Ma et al [7] found that GYII and its disassembled blood activation prescription (BAP) could inhibit tumor formation by mediating autophagy and apoptosis in human breast cancer cell line MCF-7 xenograft tumor. Zhang et al [6] confirmed that GYII and its disassembled prescriptions can inhibit breast tumor growth and metastasis, and are related to the reducing the levels of p-ERK and phosphorylated protein kinase B (p-AKT). In recent years, the research on the mechanism of the antitumor effect of GYII and its effective components has been gradually deepened.…”

“…Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is usually applied in the form of formulated herbal mixtures in the treatment of cancer [5]. The Gubenyiliu II (GYII) was developed based on the theories of yi-qi (supplementing energy), huo-xue-hua-yu (removing blood stasis) and jie-du-san-jie (neutralizing tumor toxicity and resolving tumor) [6]. Following the theory of TCM, GYII was distributed into disassembled prescriptions, Quxie (QX) and Fuzheng (FZ).…”
