Recently, we described its behavioral profile in mice [18] and its effect on the cardiorespiratory functions in rabbits [19]. Therefore, the aim of this study was to compare the cardiorespiratory and behavioral profile of naphthylmedetomidine and medetomidine after routinely used doses in primates and observe the antagonizing affects of the α 2 ‐AR antagonist, atipamezole, on their actions.…”
