“…In addition to the typical features, such as generalized osteosclerosis, a high rate of fractures and osteomyelitis (de Oliveira et al, 2011;Kornak et al, 2001;Luzzi et al, 2006;Monia et al, 2008;Phadke et al, 2010), CLCN7-related osteopetrosis patients also have some dental problems including disturbance of tooth eruption, hypodontia, malformed teeth, enamel dysplasia, and the presence of odontomas (Helfrich, 2005;Jalevik et al, 2002;Luzzi et al, 2006).
