Output beam profile control of slow-light Bragg reflector waveguide deflector with high-contrast sub-wavelength grating

Abstract: ABSTRSACTWe demonstrated a super-high resolution beam scanner based on a Bragg reflector waveguide. In this device, radiation profile is wavelength-dependent.
