Abstract:C atheter thrombosis is a major limiting factor affecting catheter survival in hemodialysis (HD). A previous retrospective study highlighted the utility of outpatient intradialytic high-dose urokinase (HDU) infusion in the treatment of HD catheter thrombosis.
