Outpatient Compared With Inpatient Preinduction Cervical Ripening Using a Synthetic Osmotic Dilator

Abstract: Outpatient cervical ripening with an osmotic cervical dilator significantly reduced hospital stay with no increase in adverse maternal or neonatal outcomes.
