Outcome of anger management training program in a sample of undergraduate students

Abstract: WCPCG-2010In the present study effectiveness of an anger management training program which has been grounded on cognitive-behavior therapy principles was examined. The trainings were implemented to three groups of undergraduate students (N=28) concurrently, for a period of six weeks. A control group (N=28) was selected from the same sampling frame.
