Osteoporose bei Jungtieren

Abstract: und Tibia makroskopisch und mikroskopisch untersucht. Die Fixierung erfolgte in 7-l0yOigem saurefreiem Formalin. Neben der ekktrolytischen Entkalkung ist fur die histologische Aufarbeitung die hIikrotomie unentkalkter, in Alerhacrylsaureester eingebetteter Knochen angewandt worden. Die histologischen Schnitte wurden mit folgenden Farbungen behandelt : AIodifizierte Hamatoxylin-Eosin-Farbungen, Farbung nach van Gieson, Azanfarbung, Thionin-Farbung nach Schmorl, PAS-Reaktion und Kalknachweis nach Kossa.
