Abstract: Highlights Osteoid osteoma misdiagnosed as de Quervain’s tenosynovitis. Osteoid osteoma of the wrist which is an unusual location. Osteoid osteoma grew up in three years. Patient history, physical examination, and timely diagnosis are important.
