Multiple arteriovenous aneurysms involving the left upper extremity and probably the left lower extremity (StaufFer et al, 1941) ; co-arctation of the aorta and a rudimentary left kidney (Lichtenstein and Jaffe, 1942); and probable congenital cardiac defect (Dockerty et al, 1945) have been observed in single cases.…”
