Os benefícios e desafios na aplicação dos princípios do lean production em uma indústria de equipamentos hidráulicos: um estudo de caso

Abstract: Resumo: O objetivo desse artigo é mostrar os benefícios e desafios encontrados ao adotar o sistema Lean Production. A metodologia utilizada foi pesquisa bibliográfica seguida de um estudo de caso. A pesquisa de campo consistiu de um estudo de caso em uma indústria de equipamentos hidráulicos de capital americano situada na região de Campinas/SP.
