Orientações Sobre Trabalho De Parto E Parto Durante O Pré-Natal

Abstract

Objetivo: identificar as orientações sobre trabalho de parto e parto realizadas durante o pré-natal para as gestantes. Método: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura realizada através das bases de dados: LILACS, BDENF, PubMed, SCOPUS e Web of Science de agosto a novembro de 2019. Foram encontrados nas bases de dados 2.694 artigos, dos quais foram excluídos: 2622 após a aplicação dos filtros de busca, 15 artigos por duplicidade, 30 artigos após a leitura dos resumos e 14 após a leitura na íntegra por fugirem da questão norteadora e 6 artigos pelos critérios do Joanna Briggs Institute. Sendo a amostra final foi composta por 7 artigos. Resultados: A maioria dos artigos foi publicada em português (86%), no ano de 2015 (42%), com pesquisas qualitativas (72%) e sendo a população formada, em mais da metade dos estudos, por mulheres no puerpério (58%). Conclusão: Pôde-se observar que as orientações sobre trabalho de parto e parto para as gestantes, muitas vezes, se limitam a repasses pontuais de informações, sem a preocupação de verificar a compreensão da mulher. Mesmo se tratando de uma forte recomendação, demonstradamente eficaz, a educação em saúde no pré-natal ainda apresenta falhas e barreiras.
