Organizational Support and Citizenship Behaviors: A Comparative Cross-Cultural Meta-Analysis

Abstract: We integrate and extend the literatures on perceived organizational support (POS), organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and comparative crosscultural management by examining whether the POS-OCB relationship is contingent on national culture.
