Organizational Culture and Innovation: A Study of Banking Sector in Pakistan

Abstract: The basic purpose of the study is to find out the impact of organizational culture on innovation in the banking sector of Pakistan. For this study, the data was collected manually and online from 309 branch managers, operations managers, and unit heads from 25 scheduled banks through adapted questionnaires with 60 items of organizational culture and 28 items of innovation.
