Organizational climate, organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and employee performance

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between organizational climate, organizational commitment,  job satisfaction, and employee performance. Particularly, we examine the effect of organizational climate and organizational  commitmenton job satisfaction.
