Organizational agility: the pathway to career aspirations among staff nurses at selected hospitals

Abstract

Background: Healthcare organization managers need to be far more nimble and adaptable to thrive in a cutthroat market. In order to foster organizational agility, administrators, managers, and leaders in the healthcare industry must provide the highest level of patient and employee needs, expectations, and demands. Organizational agility has a mediating role in fostering professional development and career goals for nurses transitioning into advanced practice, as well as improving nurses' competence (Al Humdan, Shi, and Behnia, 2020).
