The topic under study is urgent due to the fact that the analysis of the main trends of Russian historiography in the field of corporate law will affect the optimization of the development of normative legal acts regulating the establishment and activities of corporations. The objective of the article is to reveal positive and negative stereotypes in the understanding of legal, economic and social nature of corporations, in determining their status, stability and dynamics of development. A leading research method is an integrated approach based on the unity of analysis and synthesis. The article deals with the evolution of the views of Russian scholars on the peculiarities of creation and functioning of various types of corporate associations in Russia, Russia's forms of participation in the activities of corporations from a historical perspective. The materials of the article may be useful to economists, lawyers, sociologists and historians.

The relevance of the research is determined by processes of targeted socialization of schoolchildren. To promote the process of targeted socialization of students is the order of the society and the state. The aim of the article is to identify and experimentally substantiate pedagogical conditions of effective socialization of students of Humanities in the secondary school. The main methods of this research are the study and analysis of the sociological, psychological and pedagogical literature, policy and regulatory documents, teacher modeling and pedagogical experiment. The results presented in the article show the necessity of organized targeted measures contributing to the change in students' attitude to learning, their active participation in the educational process and the development of social interaction skills. The materials of the article may be useful for teachers of the secondary and high school as a practical framework for the implementation of socialization of senior students of Humanities.

Summary. The modern trends in the development of logistics controlling through the prism of collaboration between wholesale companies and retail chains have been considered. The nature and structure of cargo transportation by the wholesale company to the retail chain have been analysed. The key transportation processes have been identified and the reliance on transportation drivers-forwarders for their effectiveness has been determined. The study has resulted in the program-mathematical approach to the transportation controlling automation used by the wholesale company to deliver goods to the retail chain as well as the mathematical model of the system information flow. The practical recommendations for the mathematical software implementation using the AWS Forwarder software product as an example have been illustrated.
