Oral Antithrombotic Effects of Acylhydrazone Derivatives

Abstract: Aim:In the search for new antithrombotic drug candidates, the synthesis and anti-platelet activity of a new series of N-acylhydrazones that were designed as thrombin inhibitors has been previously described.
