Cornish et al (1969) found that Bu2AE in drinking water at 0.2 and 0.4 g/kg per day in rats resulted in reduced body weight and slight increases in kidney weight without accompanying pathology. Inhalation studies at 70 ppm for 6 hr daily for 5 days, resulted in weight losses, chromodacryorrhea, tremors, and some convulsions.…”
