Abstract: Zusammenfassung Um der wachsenden Nachfrage nach hochauflösenden und dennoch kostengünstigen optischen Drehgebern gerecht zu werden, entstand die Idee, in optischen Drehgebern anstelle der typischerweise verwendeten Kodierscheibe aus Glas eine mikrostrukturierte Kunststoffscheibe ähnlich einer CD oder DVD einzusetzen.
