Abstract: Die Innovationsfreude der Lebensmittelindustrie wird als gering eingestuft, obgleich sie in Deutschland die viertgrößte Industriebranche darstellt. Jedoch sind die Herausforderungen in der Lebensmittelindustrie deutlich größer als zum Beispiel in der chemischen Industrie.
