Early childhood education management aims to make the organization's management work well. One of the indicators of good early childhood education management is to provide effective services for early childhood education. In its development, we must know some factors in the management of early childhood education institutions to create the qualified generations. This article aims at analyzing the factor that plays a role in the success of the Early Childhood Education (PAUD) management in the globalization era. The method in this study is a cross sectional research accomplished by Multiple Regression Analysis which involved 50 PAUD staffs in Mojokerto city, East Java, Indonesia. The measuring technique in this research is questionnaire, a technique used to get the data by distributing questionnaire arranged by the researcher according to the purpose of the study. Closed test questions with five options are used in this research. The result shows that there was a partially significant influence on the entire independent variables: curriculum, standard of competence, educator, facilities and infrastructure. Facilities and infrastructure variables had the highest beta as many as 33.7%, which showed the dominant influence toward the success of PAUD management. Thus, all factors of this model in this research showed that influenced the success of PAUD management.

Research was conducted to find out learning management function to create the independent character of early childhood at school. The research was carried out in Preschool in Deli Serdang Regency, where the participants were 20 teachers. Data collection through observation, questionnaires and documentation was useful for strengthening the results of research data analysis. This type of research was quantitative descriptive analysis. The learning management functions that must be implemented in the learning process to create the independent character of early childhood in schools are: 1)designing learning, 2)implementing learning designs, 3)controlling the learning process and 4)evaluating learning outcomes. The research suggestion is the need for Preschool teacher training to come up with creative and innovative ideas through learning arts and cultural literacy for problem solving activities and providing challenges through the media of images to facilitate early childhood in an effort to create their independent character.

Marketing management can be used as a mechanism for explaining and rationalizing a program's offerings with various advantages, both in terms of inputs (inputs), processes, products (outcomes), outputs (outputs), and graduates (effects). In addition, promotion can also be used to convey public accountability regarding the educational process and results that have been implemented and developed by the educational institution concerned. The formulation of this research is how the education marketing management process in RA Al Wardah North Sumatra, what are the targets to be achieved by RA Al Wardah North Sumatra with the implementation of marketing management, what is faced by RA Al Wardah North Sumatra in the performance of marketing management. The research was conducted in RA Al Wardah, North Sumatra, and the data source for this study was the principal. This study uses qualitative research methods. Observation, interviews, and documentation do data collection. Data analysis is done through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Based on the study results, it can be concluded that marketing management at RA Al Wardah, North Sumatra is running very well and following the times. The marketing strategy by RA Al Wardah North Sumatra is to continuously improve the quality of educational services, has the characteristic of educating children to be pious and independent, holding various extracurricular activities outside school hours, and holding multiple competitions.
