Sport is a type of comprehensive activity that the human body consciously engages in to improve physical fitness. Proteomics is a comprehensive technology dedicated to the study of all protein profiles expressed by a species, individual organ, tissue, or cell under specific conditions and specific times. Proteomics is a science that studies the protein composition of cells, tissues, or organisms and their changing laws with proteomics as the research object. Related technologies are now widely used in sports and other fields. The purpose of this article is to study myocardial proteomic technology and its application in sports. During the research process, the main methods used in this study are literature survey and controlled experiment. The results achieved and the problems in this field, followed by selecting 30 SD rats into 3 groups for control experiments. The results of the study showed that among the three groups of rats, the left ventricular ejection fraction of the sham operation group was the highest, which was 7.7% and 4.6% higher than that of the operation group and the model group, respectively. The operation group had the highest left ventricular short axis shortening rate, and the left ventricle diastolic inner diameter is the longest. It can be seen that myocardial proteomics can accurately reflect the heart condition of rats. In addition, the length, diastolic velocity, and diastolic time of cardiomyocytes of the three groups of rats were different. Among them, the cardiomyocytes of the operation group had the longest time and the longest diastolic time, which were 37.1% and 8.5% higher than those of the sham operation group and the model group.

Conventional crop insurance systems are complex and often not economically feasible. Farmers are often reluctant to be covered for their crops due to lack of trust in insurance firms and the fear of delayed or non-payment of claims. In this paper, a blockchain based crop insurance solution is suggested. The solution suggested in this paper is an affordable, efficient, low cost crop insurance solution which will ensure many farmers are insured and benefiting from timely crop insurance. Currently the cost of administering insurance is an essential barrier to accessing this facility. With the proper use of blockchain based on ethereum this expense can be reduced dramatically. We have conducted various tests on platforms such as Google Cloud and found that the least throughput is 165 transactions. Upon analysis we have found that the time taken by the block formation is directly proportional to the timing of processing. The end-to-end average latency of the system was achieved as 31.2 s, which was quite effective for the infrastructure what we are using. Upon conducting acceptance testing, we found that the system suggested in the paper is effective and we are planning to release the application on open source platforms for future improvements.

Poverty in the agricultural sector has always existed and needs to be urgently solved. How to achieve precise poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation in the agricultural sector has become a top priority now. In this regard, this study combines blockchain technology and wireless network technology to build a blockchain platform. The platform is responsible for assisting the development of agricultural poverty alleviation projects, integrating project data into a public area according to the characteristics of the blockchain. The data cannot be tampered with during storage and transmission, ensuring the authenticity of the data. As the core of blockchain technology, the algorithm of the consensus mechanism plays a crucial role in alleviating poverty in agriculture, using the RBFT consensus mechanism to achieve “precise identification” of the poor. The pilot has shown that the RBFT algorithm will achieve a throughput of 2,980 strokes/second. In addition, the time from node failure to recovery is diminished by 60% compared to the time consumed by the PBFT algorithm. It can be clearly seen that the blockchain platform using the RBFT algorithm is more robust.
