Poverty in the agricultural sector has always existed and needs to be urgently solved. How to achieve precise poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation in the agricultural sector has become a top priority now. In this regard, this study combines blockchain technology and wireless network technology to build a blockchain platform. The platform is responsible for assisting the development of agricultural poverty alleviation projects, integrating project data into a public area according to the characteristics of the blockchain. The data cannot be tampered with during storage and transmission, ensuring the authenticity of the data. As the core of blockchain technology, the algorithm of the consensus mechanism plays a crucial role in alleviating poverty in agriculture, using the RBFT consensus mechanism to achieve “precise identification” of the poor. The pilot has shown that the RBFT algorithm will achieve a throughput of 2,980 strokes/second. In addition, the time from node failure to recovery is diminished by 60% compared to the time consumed by the PBFT algorithm. It can be clearly seen that the blockchain platform using the RBFT algorithm is more robust.
With the advent of the wave of big data, data has become an important information asset. With data information, we have the ability to gain insight into market conditions and strengthen management. The use of big data technology to conduct statistics, analysis, and mining of massive information can make information assets play a very high value in corporate strategy formulation and accurate decision-making. However, the traditional performance management concepts and management methods have not adapted to the development requirements of the times, and there are various drawbacks. This paper analyzes the impact of big data on enterprise performance management. Combining the key aspects of the company’s performance in the old data era, a new method of company performance management and the subsequent innovative development path are proposed. Recognition frameworks, employee similarity, FCM, and other assessment formulas are emphasized. From the employee’s work attitude, workability and appearance, and daily performance, combined with the calculation of employee benefits, the evaluation is more clear; after the implementation of the material reward experiment, the attendance rate increased by 16.3%. At the same time, the workload was gradually refined, from quantitative to qualitative, and sales increased by 28.6%, maximizing the advantages of human resources and promoting the sustainable development of the enterprise.

From the large-scale data era, the educational theory of whether colleges and universities’ ideological and political research is rich or not supports more scientific theories to carry out psychological and mechanical research. It is evident that in the age of large data, the ideological and political research in colleges and institutes is not only a theoretical issue but also an important practical issue. Therefore, conducting ideological and political research in colleges and institutes in the age of large data has profound theoretical significance and great practical significance.
With the rapid development of information technology and computer network technology, the era of artificial intelligence has come. In the era of artificial intelligence, VR technology has been widely used in various fields. As an indispensable part of enterprise management, human resource management has attracted the attention of major enterprises and institutions. There are more and more researches on enterprise human resource management, but human resource management must keep up with the pace of the times, so it needs continuous innovation. Based on the background of artificial intelligence era, combined with the current hot VR technology, this paper analyzes the demand, establishes a VR enterprise human resource management system with more complete functions, and tests the system. After passing the test, it was put into the human resource management of company C. After three months of trial operation, the satisfaction and learning effect of employees were investigated and analyzed, and the cost of human resource management of company C before and after the human resource management system was put into use was compared. The experimental results show that 76% of the employees are very satisfied with the system, and 79 employees think that the training and learning effect of the system is very good. The human resource management cost before and after the system is used has changed significantly, and the human resource cost has been reduced by 39630 yuan. This shows that under the background of artificial intelligence era, the application of VR technology in enterprise human resource management can improve the efficiency of enterprise human resource management, reduce costs, improve employee satisfaction, so as to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
