Optimization signal quality on cellular network based on Tilting-Antenna

Abstract: The Difference of Strength and Quality Signal on cellular networks is affected by the traffic on cell and the shape of the region topology. One of the problems encountered in-service performance is overshoot caused by poor signal quality.
