Optimization of Selenium Yeild by <i>Saccharomyces sp</i>. III Using Statistical Designs

Abstract: The objective of the study was to optimize the conditions in a culture medium for the selenium yeild enriched by Saccharomyces sp. III using Plackett-Burman design and Box-Behnken design.
