Optimasi Metode Ekstraksi Fukoidan dari Rumput Laut Cokelat Sargassum binderi Sonder

Abstract: ABSTRAKFukoidan merupakan polisakarida sulfat yang berasal dari rumput laut cokelat. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi mutu fukoidan adalah metode ekstraksi. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan optimasi ekstraksi fukoidan kasar dari rumput laut Sargassum binder Sonder untuk mendapatkan rendemen dan mutu paling tinggi.
