Optimal selection of E-learning websites using multiattribute decision-making approaches

Abstract: A computational quantitative model based on weighted Euclidean distance-based approximation and complex proportional assessment has been developed for the evaluation, selection, and ranking of various E-learning websites in ascending or descending order based on their Euclidean distance value from the optimal website. The E-learning website with rank 1 is considered the optimal selection on the particular dataset under consideration. The problem of the E-learning website Selection, Evaluation and Ranking is mo… Show more

“…Bekar et al [70] developed a hybrid model based on grey relations, COPRAS and FS theory for evaluating the performance measures. Garg [71] designed the COPRAS based framework to evaluate the desirable e-learning website. Wang et al [72] implemented a soft set based COPRAS technique to estimate the risk model for failure mode and effect analysis.…”

“…Jain et al [35] utilized the weighted distance-based approximation for selection and ranking of E-websites. Based on weighted Euclidean distance, Garg [36] proposed a computational quantitative model in order to evaluate, select, and rank E-learning websites. Garg and Arora [37] evaluated fraud detection model versus selection criteria as a Multi-Criteria Decision-Making (MCDM) problem and obtained a validated comprehensive ranking.…”
