Optical Characterization of High Quality ZnTe Substrate

Abstract: The photoluminescence (PL), optical reflectance, optical transmittance and piezoelectric photothermal spectra were successfully observed between liquid helium and room temperatures for high quality p-type P-doped ZnTe substrates.
