Optical and Electrical Properties of Transparent Conduction ITO Films Prepared by Dip-Coating Process

Abstract: Transparent conductive ITO films were fabricated on soda lime float glass substrate by colloid dip-coating technique from indium metal ingots and hydrous tin(IV) chloride.
