Abstract

HUMAN SUBJECTS: Human subjects were included in this study. No animal subjects were used in this study. The Ethics Committee of Tokyo Medical and Dental University approved the study. The study was performed in accordance with the tenets of the Declaration of Helsinki. Signed informed consent documentation was obtained from all participants.
