The needs to reduce the imperfection of theoretical and methodological approaches to value and regulate the processes of applying the methods of transactional energy are substantiated. The concept of combining organizational, economic and mathematical models to improve technical, technological and information methods for the effective integration of renewable and traditional energy facilities has been formulated. This determined the goal of forming a digital platform for machine-to-machine automatic processing of transactions. The creation of the platform contributes to solving a number of research tasks including development of schemes for the use of photo and thermoelements for energy generation in distributed energy and control of electrical and thermodynamic parameters of equipment in sensors of its diagnostics and use in electric drives of actuators of the Industrial Internet of Things. The use of big datа and datа science tools is aimed at achieving a number of practical results. Firstly, the differentiation of the composition of capacities and sources in the complex of hybrid energy facilities has been expanded, secondly, possibilities of modeling has been increased. Furthermore, the results of investigation are the model of integration and balancing regulation in the transactional energy platform of the Center for the Coordination of Interest in Complex Objects.

The need to increase the accuracy of decisions and the depth of analysis of complex heat power systems determines the relevance of modeling and regulation of heat and mass transfer processes with the development of theoretical models and the development of a new methodology. Uncertainty of the environment increases the significance of the problems of insufficient efficiency of the available numerical approaches to the modeling of dynamic processes and the regulation of heating elements. Therefore, the aim of the article was to develop the applied aspects of the theory of solving nonlinear problems, provisions of the analytical methodology and the methods for regulating stepwise thermodynamic processes based on adapted tools for approximating generalized and step functions. The following tasks were solved: the structure of mechanisms was determined, including regulators of the energy efficiency of the flare device of the boiler unit with an expanded combustion zone; a model of integration-balancing regulation of heat transfer with four types of unsteady processes determined by indicators of changes in the direction and sign of the entropy of the effects of the regulators is proposed. Quantitative meters of energy efficiency of combustion and heat transfer processes in boiler units have been developed. Mathematical adapted and developed technical and organizational methods for solving problems: approximation of the original functions (generalized Dirac and stepwise) by a sequence of recursive periodic functions; simulation of spasmodic heat transfer processes based on step functions; structuring the mechanism for regulating heat transfer, including four types of regulators; empirical modeling of the assessment and regulation of energy efficiency, taking into account the directivity and severity of the effects of regulators displayed by derivatives of higher orders of approximation of energy efficiency functions. The results were obtained: mathematical ones were adapted and new approximation models for generalized functions were built; quantitative measuring instruments of process dynamics for regulating the technical and organizational mechanisms of heat transfer were obtained.

The paper presents the results of experimental researches of the basic working capacity characteristics of pulsed variable-speed drivesgear ratio, efficiency factor, and reliability of the eccentric free-wheel mechanisms When conducting research, the main working capacity parameters of the pulsed variable-speed drive (independent factors) changed according to the design of experiment in the range: the load applied to the output shaft was from 250 to 2.750 N·m; adjustable gear ratiofrom 20 to 180. It was established that the reliability of the eccentric free-wheel mechanisms is guaranteed when making mechanisms of 100Cr6 steel with hardness not lower than HRC Э 58…62 with a module of at least 0.75 mm. It was shown that the yield surface, which characterizes the change in the gear ratio of the pulsed variablespeed drive, can be described by a model using first-order polynomials. It was established that with increasing load, a slight increase (at 1.0...9.9%) occurs in the adjusted gear ratio, which has a character close to linear. It was concluded that with an increase in load, the increase in efficiency factor is non-linear and equals 1.8...2.6 times, an increase in the gear ratio causes its linear decrease by 1.13...1.64 times in the dependence close to a linear one. Empirical dependences are obtained to determine the magnitude of the gear ratio and efficiency factor.
