Abstract: Objectives: To review 1 st trimester TVUS of patients with cervico-isthmic implantations & history of Cesarean deliveries to determine whether biometry can distinguish between placenta accreta, Cesarean scar pregnancy & other outcomes. Methods: Our database was reviewed from Oct 2006-Dec 2011 for patients with 1 st trimester US diagnoses of cervico-isthmic implantations & previous history of Cesarean deliveries.
