OP04.01: Modifiable risk factors for obstetric anal sphincter injury (OASI) in primiparous women

Abstract: Short oral presentation abstractsthe coexisting adnexal cysts and CA 125 values were moderately elevated. Two patients had conservative surgery and two underwent TAH and BSO (cases 2,4). In case 2 normal ovarian tissue was found in the operation. After the first case, the BOT diagnosis was mentioned in the differential diagnosis in the three later cases, preoperatively. We believe that the proposed features can help in differentiating exophytic BOT from other ovarian malignancies.
