On the Rational Drug Design for Hypertension through NMR Spectroscopy

Abstract: Antagonists of the AT1receptor (AT1R) are beneficial molecules that can prevent the peptide hormone angiotensin II from binding and activating the specific receptor causing hypertension in pathological states.
