“…Analiza rezultata kompjuterskih simulacija zasnovanih na teoriji funkcionala gustine (DFT) ukazuje na znatno jače vezivanje deprotonovane forme benzotriazola za površinu bakra koja stoga predstavlja stvarnu aktivnu vrstu za inhibiciju korozije [11]. Ovaj rezultat je i eksperimentalno potvrđen, pošto benzotriazol ispoljava najmanju efikasnost u kiselim rastvorima [12,13], u kojima je i količina deprotonovanog oblika najmanja. U cilju pronalaženja moguć-nosti povećanja inhibitorske efikasnosti BTA u kiseloj sredini u odnosu na koroziju bakra ispitan je uticaj različitih supstituentskih grupa na inhibitorsko dejstvo osnovnog molekula benzotriazola kao sinergetsko dejstvo različitih dodataka.…”
