On Durrmeyer-type generalization of (p, q)-Bernstein operators

Abstract: In this paper, we introduce ( p, q)-Bernstein Durrmeyer operators. We define ( p, q)-beta integral and use it to obtain the moments of the operators. We obtain uniform convergence of the operators by using Korovkin's theorem. We estimate direct results of the operators by means of modulus of continuity and Peetre K -functional. Finally, we find Voronovskaya-type theorem for the operators. Mathematics Subject Classification 41A25 · 41A35

“…Cytotoxic compounds bind with intracellular targets or cause cell wall lysis by inhibiting lysozyme enzymes and also result in apoptosis. [29][30][31] Hence, we proceeded further to evaluate the toxicity of these compounds against human red blood cells. The carbazolyl polyhydroquinolines were evaluated for cytotoxicity by MTT colorimetric assay against HMNC-PB collected from fresh heparinized blood and separated by density gradient centrifugation.…”

“…Percent hemolysis was calculated by the following formula: % hemolysis = Abs (sample absorbance)/Abs (control absorbance)´100. 36,37 General Procedure for Synthesis of Complexes: To a solution of Bu 2 SnCl 2 /Ph 2 SnCl 2 (1 mmol, 0.305 g/0.345 g) in 60 mL methanol, monohydrate disodium salt of iminodiacetic acid (1 mmol, 0.195 g) was added in portions with continuous stirring, and the reaction mixture was refluxed for 10 h. The precipitated sodium chloride was removed by filtration and the solvent was evaporated slowly at room temperature. The solid product was recrystallized from methanol:pet.ether (5:1).…”

“…They also introduced and studied some important approximation properties of the Stancu type of operators (1) in [2]. After their construction, there are more and more papers on the study of (p, q)-analogue of Bernstein type operators, we mention some of them as [3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11], we also mention some other positive linear operators as [12][13][14][15][16][17][18][19].…”
