Okul Yöneticilerinin Salgın Sürecindeki Yönetim Deneyimleri ve Çözüm Önerileri

Abstract: Bu araştırma, okul yöneticilerinin Covid-19 salgın sürecindeki yönetim deneyimlerini belirlemeyi ve okulların buna benzer salgınlara hazırlıklı olması için yöneticilerin çözüm önerilerini sunmayı amaçlamıştır. Çanakkale merkezde görev yapan 17 okul yöneticisi ile yarı yapılandırılmış sorular ile görüşmeler yapılmıştır. Görüşmelerden elde edilen veriler içerik çözümlemesi ile irdelenmiştir.
