Oil quality characterization of the Arauco variety from the main olive growing areas of Mendoza (Argentina)

Abstract: ‘Arauco’ forms part of the over two thousand olives (Olea europaea L.) varieties identified worldwide with the peculiarity of being the only recognized variety from Argentina.
