O Regime Internacional dos Refugiados e os instrumentos de proteção jurídica em nível internacional e latino-americano

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the evolution of the international regime for the protection of refugees, through the institutional evolution of rules and norms built by the UN system. Additionally, it seeks to explain the instruments of international and regional protection in Latin America that guarantee the regulation of refugee status and obligations to be met by states.
