Nursing Resources and Innovations for Hospital Discharge: An Integrative Review

Abstract: RESUMOEste estudo objetivou identificar recursos e inovações de enfermagem aplicados à alta de pacientes. Trata-se de revisão integrativa da literatura em que foram utilizadas as bases de dados PubMed, Cochrane, LILACS e SciELO. A amostra constituiu-se de 12 artigos.
