Nurse Burnout, Nurse‐Reported Quality of Care, and Patient Outcomes in Thai Hospitals

Abstract: Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of nurse burnout on nurse-reported quality of care and patient adverse events and outcomes in Thai hospitals.
