Numerical simulation studies on heat and mass transfer using vacuum membrane distillation

Abstract: A general 2D mathematical model was developed to simulate the purification of water from volatile organic compounds (VOCs) via vacuum membrane distillation (VMD) process in hollow fiber membrane contactors.
