Numerical simulation of MASnI3/CuI heterojunction based perovskite solar cell

Abstract: The lead (Pb) free perovskite solar cells have gained much attention due to non-toxic nature. Owing to a smaller band gap of 1.3 eV, methylammonium tin iodide (III) (MASnI3) can be considered an alternate light absorber layer compare to the lead-based perovskites (MAPbClxI3-x).
