Numerical analysis of Darcy resistant Sutterby nanofluid flow with effect of radiation and chemical reaction over stretching cylinder: induced magnetic field

Abstract:
<p>In this analysis, Sutterby nanofluid flow with an induced magnetic field at a nonlinear stretching cylinder is deliberated. The effects of variable thermal conductivity, Darcy resistance, and viscous dissipation are discussed. Thermal radiation and chemical reaction are considered to analyze the impact on the nonlinear stretching cylinder. The governing model of the flow problem is developed under the boundary layer approximation in terms of partial differential equations. Partial di… Show more

“…These enhanced characteristics make the hybrid nanofluids more functional in comparison to nanoliquids. The most recent studies in the field of nano, hybrid, and ternary nanofluids have been reported by different researchers around the globe. Scientists have made efforts to explore the functioning of hybrid nanofluids under physically established conditions. In the presence of a transverse magnetic field, Ganesh et al studied the steady laminar flow of a fluid between two permeable parallel plates.…”

“…Therefore, Yaseen et al 16 reported the analysis of hybrid nanoliquid of the squeezed flow due to increasing MHD effects. Khashi’ie et al 17 scrutinized Cu A l 2 O 3 / water nanofluid 18,19 flow between parallel plates. The research paradigm designed in such a way that the upper sheet accelerates inward direction as a consequence the liquid squeezed in the region bounded by two sheets.…”

“…The research indicated amplification in the microorganism population associated with higher Peclet numbers. Nadeem et al 24 presented a numerical assessment of Sutterby nanoliquid flow through a pipe, demonstrating an increase in fluid hotness in the presence of greater Eckert numbers. Asfour and Ibrahim 25 employed magneto Sutterby nano liquid, incorporating a modified version of Darcy's law, and utilized a combination of dual-step difference transparent and finite approach to obtain solutions.…”
