Abstract:As a biobased and biodegradable material that can replace traditional petrochemical-based polymers, poly(L-lactide) (PLLA) shows great application potential. However, its widespread application still faces some obstacles, mainly associated with the poor thermal resistance, because the molecular chains of PLLA are semirigid and of poor regularity. Therefore, the crystallization rate is low, making it difficult to crystallize during the molding process, and the finally obtained PLLA is almost amorphous. In this … Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
